On August 28, 2024, An Phu Gia Construction Joint Stock Company (APGCONS) successfully held the groundbreaking ceremony of the Song Ca Ty Apartment Project in Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan. The presence of senior leaders of the province, including Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Binh Thuan Province; Mr. Phan Van Dang - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and Ms. Bo Thi Xuan Linh - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Thuan Province, along with many guests and representatives of units participating in the project. The ceremony took place in a solemn and exciting atmosphere.
Song Ca Ty Apartment Project, which has a total investment of 798.7 billion VND, is built on an area of 6.3 hectares and has 6 apartment blocks, each 8 floors high. The total floor area is 70,686 m² or about 764 apartments.
In addition, the project invests in synchronous technical infrastructure, including green parks, traffic roads, riverbank protection barriers, and land for education of about 1,795 m². The project is expected to become a new highlight, contributing to changing the appearance and improving the quality of life for residents of Phan Thiet City.
