GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF VIET KIM SAN TEXTILE FACTORY
On December 10, 2024, at Lot CN14, Road No. 4, Song Than 3 Industrial Park, Phu Tan Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province, An Phu Gia Construction (APGCONS) solemnly held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Viet Kim San Textile Factory Project, marking an important milestone in the journey of building a label production facility serving the garment industry. The event is not only a groundbreaking ceremony for a large project but also a milestone opening a new development stage for both sides.
Viet Kim San Joint Stock Company has built a prestigious brand in the garment label manufacturing industry, standing out with products such as woven labels, satin labels, and laser-cut labels, always ensuring superior quality and safety for consumers. In particular, with OEKO-TEX certification, Viet Kim San is committed to providing products that are not only beautiful but also friendly to the health of users. The new factory project is deployed to expand production capacity and meet the increasing demand of the market.
An Phu Gia Construction is honored to become a strategic partner, acting as the general contractor to apply for permits and construct the entire project. With many years of experience in constructing large textile factories for FDI investors such as ChingLuh, Lai Ty, and Fengtay, APGCONS is confident in undertaking important items of the project, from applying for construction permits to constructing items such as piles, infrastructure, 4-storey main factory, transformer station, garage, warehouse, finishing, electromechanical system and landscape. This project is built with high technical standards and is expected to be completed within 8 months, creating a modern factory for Viet Kim San.
