In the morning of 1st March 2023, An Phu Gia Construction JSC organized the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Cat Tuong Group Head Office Project, with the attendance of Cat Tuong Investment Holdings Company Limited – the project’s investor and the representatives of other partners: Bureau Veritas Vietnam Ltd, Twog Architecture Joint Stock Company, Ardor Green Company Limited, Rider Levett Bucknall Co., LTD.
Cat Tuong Group’s Head Office is situated in a prime location, 83 Nguyen Van Troi, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City. Located in one of the most crowded street of Phu Nhuan district, it is easy to get to the centre of the the city like district 1, district 3, Tan Binh District and especially Tan Son Nhat International Airport, which is 10 just minutes from the head office.
The project has the scale of 423m2 and the construction floor area up to 4,200m2, with 12 floors and 3 basements. After completing, this place will be Cat Tuong Group’s head office, the working space of the company’s employee in Ho Chi Minh City.

Also at the ceremony, Mr Phan The Hoang, Chairman of the Board - APG Cons said: “This is the 2nd collaboration between APG Cons and Cat Tuong Holdings, after the success of Cat Tuong Phu Hung Residence in Dong Xoai City, Binh Phuoc Province. These collaboration have affirmed APG Cons’ reputation and professional, which is maintained in every APC Cons’ project. In the Cat Tuong Group Head Office project, APC Cons will ensure building quality and progress, as well as labour safety during the construction.
