Following the signing
ceremony of the construction contract, the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the
project "Investment in the construction of urban areas and services in western
of Upcoming-Town" smoothly took place on the morning of April 1st,
2021, in Bac Ninh province.
The project belongs to the Investor – Hung Ngan Investment Commercial Housing Joint Stock Company, located in Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh province, built on an area of about 464 hectares, planned based on the traditional and long-standing structure of Bac Ninh, surrounded by blue and water surface, as an urban area: "Modern - Synchronized - Ecological - High-rise - Multifunctional".
This new challenge in the North, An Phu Gia Construction Joint Stock Company will assume the role of construction unit – Item: 200 adjacent housings.
